About Weareplonet

Who we are

Weareplonet was founded in 2020 in Podgorica, Montenegro, by two engineers who had spent the previous decade running the technical side of hotel groups across DACH and the Adriatic. We had the same conversation with every property we joined: the PMS is fine, but the everyday gaps — a solid arrivals digest for the morning shift, a reliable OTA reconciliation for the controller, a proper housekeeping board on a tablet — always ended up as a spreadsheet or a chain of manual steps.

Weareplonet is our attempt to close those gaps once, with modules that are cheap enough to be a rounding error on the property's software budget and simple enough that a duty manager can turn one on in the morning and see the value before the day ends.

Our two founders still run the company today:

• Stefan Popović, CEO — spent eight years running IT for a hotel group in Serbia and Montenegro before founding Weareplonet. Handles product direction and commercial relationships.
• Milena Radović, CTO — ex-Protel integrator with a decade of Protel API work behind her; responsible for engineering, security and the Protel connection layer.

The rest of the team is six engineers, one designer, three support specialists (native speakers of English, German and Italian), and one accountant. We are hiring — see the careers section from the footer when you next visit.

What we build

Twelve pre-built modules today, all listed in our catalogue. Every module integrates with your Protel account via the official Protel API using your Protel Login — we never modify anything inside your PMS, and we never proxy your Protel password. The Protel connection is a scoped API token generated by your Protel administrator; you revoke it and every Weareplonet module stops working the same second.

The modules cover the everyday gaps: rate automation, arrivals digests for the morning shift, sync monitoring for the interfaces that always break at 3am, DATEV export for German finance teams, housekeeping boards for the tablet in the linen room, corporate ledger management, group enquiry routing, F&B POS bridging, guest Wi-Fi sign-on, nightly trial balance delivery, OTA reconciliation, and a data warehouse bridge for BI teams.

How we work

Monthly, per property, no long-term contract, no setup fee. You add a module in the Weareplonet dashboard, it is live in under two minutes, and it stops the moment you cancel. If you have a group of properties, the same logic applies — every property is billed independently, and you get a single group-level view of subscriptions and invoices from the dashboard.

Weareplonet is registered as Weareplonet Retail d.o.o. in Podgorica, Montenegro (PIB 03761829, CRPS 4-2513628/2). We are registered with the Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka (AZLP) under reg. no. 05-030/26-3427.
