Your Weareplonet account

The Weareplonet dashboard is the one place where you manage every add-on module, the connection to your Protel PMS, invoices and users. Sign in via the access page — no password required.

Sections you will find inside

Modules

Every module you subscribe to, with a toggle to activate, pause, or cancel. Each module page shows the last run time, alerts and configuration.

Protel connection

Your Protel API credentials, connection health, and the ability to rotate the token. Weareplonet never stores your Protel password — only a scoped API token you can revoke at any moment.

Users

Invite additional staff members from your property. Each user gets their own access link; no shared credentials. Owner, Admin and Read-only roles are supported.

Invoices

Every invoice as a PDF, ready to hand to your accountant. Optional monthly CSV export for tools that ingest invoice ledgers.

Notifications

Which alerts go to which mailbox, Slack channel or Teams channel. Configurable per module and per severity.

Data & privacy

Export or delete your data, retention windows per module, and the log of every export event. Aligned with GDPR right-to-portability and right-to-erasure.

Adding a new module

Adding a new add-on module takes about two minutes. From the dashboard, open the catalogue, pick the module, confirm the monthly price, and it appears in the active list within one refresh. First run happens on the module's natural schedule (nightly for Rate Update Bridge, morning for Arrivals Digest, hourly for Data Warehouse Bridge, real-time for Housekeeping Board).

If you have a group of properties, you can add the same module to several properties in one action — pricing scales linearly, no volume rebates published on the website (contact sales@weareplonet.org for negotiated group deals from ten properties upwards).

Removing modules or closing the account

Cancelling a single module takes one click and stops the subscription at the end of the current paid month. Closing the Weareplonet account entirely removes all data within 30 days and revokes the Protel API token. Both actions are self-service; the audit log records who did what and when.
