Coverage
Weareplonet is used by properties across Europe wherever Protel PMS is the operational backbone. There is no geographic restriction on our modules; the map below is where we happen to have the highest concentration of customers today.
Berlin, Germany
Twelve properties on Weareplonet across the capital — from boutique hotels in Mitte to conference hotels near Messe Berlin.
Munich, Germany
Ten properties in Munich and greater Bavaria, including several from the corporate MICE segment feeding into DATEV.
Hamburg, Germany
Nine properties along the harbour and in Altona, featured in our Elmshornhof case study on the front-desk transformation.
Frankfurt, Germany
Seven properties near the exhibition grounds and the airport corridor, mostly using Rate Update Bridge and OTA Reconciliation.
Vienna, Austria
Eight properties across the Innere Stadt and Landstraße, from independent guesthouses to city-centre four-stars.
Zurich, Switzerland
Six properties on Protel in and around Zurich — the Rheingold review on our reviews page is representative of the region.
Istanbul, Turkey
Fourteen properties on the European side and in Beyoğlu; strong DATEV usage among the German-owned group properties.
London, United Kingdom
Five properties in Kensington and the City — the Grosvenor Kensington was our first UK data-warehouse deployment.
Rome, Italy
Seven properties around the historic centre, including the Palazzo Serenella group featured in our reviews.
Paris, France
Six properties in central arrondissements. Belle Époque is one of our longest-running French customers.
Language and timezone support
The Weareplonet support team is native in English, German and Italian, and covers 08:00–20:00 Central European Time Monday to Friday. Modules that produce guest-facing artefacts (Arrivals Digest, Guest Wi-Fi Sign-On) are localised to 14 languages including English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Croatian, Slovenian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Dutch, Danish and Swedish.
Modules with a fixed schedule (Arrivals Digest at 07:00, Nightly Trial Balance at 06:30) run in the property's local timezone as configured in Protel — no manual conversion required.
Data residency
All Weareplonet data is stored in EU data centres in Frankfurt and Amsterdam. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit; the connection to your Protel installation uses TLS 1.3. For properties that require in-country residency (rare on the current customer base), please contact compliance@weareplonet.org — we run bespoke residency arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
