What is Weareplonet?
Weareplonet is an independent shop of third-party add-on modules and integrations for hoteliers running Protel PMS. Every module integrates with your Protel account via the official Protel API using your Protel Login.

How long does activation take?
Most modules go live within two minutes of adding your Protel API credentials. Larger integrations (data warehouse, DATEV) may require an additional 24 hours for the initial historical backfill.

Do I sign a contract?
No. Every module is monthly, per property, cancel any time from the Weareplonet dashboard. The module is deactivated at the end of the paid month; there is no setup fee and no minimum term.

Will you touch anything inside our Protel installation?
No. Every module reads and writes through the official Protel API. Nothing runs inside your PMS, and your existing configuration is not modified.

Is this an official Protel product?
Weareplonet is a separate shop that sells modules built on the public Protel API. Your Protel PMS licence, support and hosting remain with Protel and WeArePlanet.

Where is my data stored?
In EU data centres in Frankfurt and Amsterdam, encrypted at rest and in transit. Modules retain data only as long as required to deliver the feature; the retention window is documented per module.

Do you support multi-property groups?
Yes. Add each property once, connect its Protel Login, and manage all subscriptions from a single Weareplonet dashboard. Group-level billing is available on request.
