About this module
Group Enquiry Router for Protel is a lightweight sales inbox for group requests — RFPs from event agencies, wedding parties, corporate off-sites, tour operators. Each enquiry is triaged, priced against a rate matrix, and, on acceptance, pushed straight into Protel as a group block with the negotiated override rate. The router integrates with your Protel account via the official Protel API using your Protel Login.
The module takes care of the operational plumbing: option dates, cut-off reminders, wash-down of unsold rooms back to public inventory, and per-agency booking analytics. Emails to and from the enquirer are threaded to the block record, so the whole conversation is one click away for both sales and reservations.
Sits alongside Protel PMS — the block, the rooming list and every subsequent modification are all reflected in Protel in real time. Billed monthly at 32 euro per property, cancel any time. Handles up to 200 active enquiries per month; larger volumes on request.
