About this module
Housekeeping Board for Protel PMS is a mobile-friendly board that shows the current state of every room in your property — Vacant Clean, Vacant Dirty, Occupied Clean, Occupied Dirty, Out of Order, Out of Service — and lets housekeepers update the state with one tap. The board integrates with your Protel account via the official Protel API using your Protel Login and syncs bi-directionally every 30 seconds.
Rooms are grouped by floor and by section, and can be filtered by expected departure, expected arrival, VIP flag and pending maintenance tickets. Each housekeeper sees only the section they are assigned to; supervisors see the whole property with per-attendant productivity counters. The board runs on any modern phone or tablet — no app store install required.
Sits alongside Protel PMS — every state change is written back to your Protel room-state table, so reception always sees the same picture. Billed monthly at 18 euro per property, cancel any time. Includes up to 20 named housekeeper accounts; larger teams billed on request.
How it connects
