Data Warehouse Bridge for Protel streams the raw transactional layer of your Protel account into your cloud data warehouse — Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Databricks — on an hourly cadence. The bridge integrates with your Protel account via the official Protel API using your Protel Login and delivers reservations, folios, guests, rates, restrictions, room states and payments in a stable, dimensional schema.

The schema is documented, versioned and stable across Protel PMS versions, so downstream dashboards, revenue models and machine-learning pipelines do not break when the property upgrades. Historical backfill covers up to 5 years, and change-data-capture is used to keep the load footprint minimal.
